How much does shipping cost?
For orders with a total value of less than 100 USD, a shipping fee of 4 USD will be applied. Orders with a total value of 100 USD or more will qualify for free worldwide shipping.
How long would it take for me to receive my items?
Tpyically, once your order is placed, we will pack and dispatch the items within the following 1 - 2 working days. After dispatch, the delivery time varies depending on the region and country, as distances differ. Generally, it takes between 3 to 15 working days for the goods to arrive. However, please note that during peak seasons or holidays, the delivery time may be longer than usual.
Can I change my order after it's placed
We aim to fulfill our orders within the same or next day, so your order may have already been packed and shipped to you. As such, we recommend checking your order carefully on the checkout page before placing it. Regardless, you can reach out to ushereand we’ll do our best to assist you.
Can I cancel my order?
After we receive your order, we will pack and ship the items within 1 - 2 days. Once the product has been shipped and a logistics order is generated, we are unable to cancel the order. We hope you understand.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email indicating your tracking link.
What's the status of my order?
You can find the status of your order in your account page. Once the status is changed to “Completed”, it means the order is ready for shipment. An email will be sent with your tracking number once it’s shipped out. If you did not receive a shipment tracking email, feel free to contact us here and we’ll respond within 1 working day.
What is the return policy?
We are sorry to hear that you would like to return your item. Please note that we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is defective or,
- The item arrived broken and
- A return request is sent to us within 3 days of receiving the order
To initiate a return, please take photos of the defective product in question, and if the product in question requires a demonstration of its defectiveness, please take a video and send it to customercarec288@gmail.com with the subject line “RETURN REQUEST: ORDER #ST-[Order No.].
Please note that we only do returns, refunds and exchanges for items that arrive defective or broken.
Our team will then assess the defectiveness of the product and follow up with any questions if necessary. If the request is successful, please pack the item in the original packaging and seal it for our pick-up. A date would be arranged for the pick-up. Do note that the courier could come anytime between 10AM to 7PM for the pick-up.
Once the item is received, we will then proceed to ship a replacement product to you.
Once 3 days have passed from the date of receipt, all sales are considered final. We are unable to accept returns for any reason after this period.
